From managing logistics to directing your ceremony rehearsal, our team creates the space for you to truly enjoy your day feeling calm, confident, and fully present.

Detailed event details questionnaire that will serve as a checklist to keep you on track until our first meeting at the three-month mark
Creation and distribution of detailed event timelines
All necessary meetings, venue walkthroughs, and appointments within five-week timeframe
Setup and teardown of personal decor (signage, table numbers, place cards, card box, guest book, ceremony items, etc.)
Seamless execution of ceremony rehearsal and event day
Does not include vendor referrals, event design input, or budget management.
