Elena is the wedding planner everyone deserves
Working with Elena was the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, she brought a sense of calm, clarity, and excitement that we didn’t even realize we needed. She stepped in with just 10 months to go and took on the challenge of planning a wedding in a completely raw space. She helped us imagine what was possible, and then made it all happen. It was a huge lift, and she made it look effortless. Elena handled every aspect of the planning. She led our full planning process from start to finish, designed the event beautifully, coordinated the rehearsal dinner, and managed every single detail on the wedding day. Her vendor recommendations were spot on, and everyone she brought into the process worked with the same care and professionalism that she did. You could tell they trusted her and loved working with her, which made a big difference. We also had a high-profile guest list and several guest-related challenges that could have easily caused stress. Elena handled all of it with grace, discretion, and a level of professionalism that impressed everyone. Nothing rattled her. She was always steady, focused, and in control. What really sets Elena apart, though, is who she is as a person. She is kind, honest, thoughtful, and incredibly fun to work with. She made us feel heard, cared for, and completely supported at every step. Even during the most stressful moments, she had a way of grounding us and reminding us to enjoy the process. She was a true partner and a source of calm joy throughout the experience. On the day of the wedding, everything ran flawlessly. We were able to be fully present because we knew Elena had everything covered. Our guests could feel it too. So many of them told us it was the most seamless and well-run wedding they had ever attended. Every transition felt smooth, every detail was in place, and every moment flowed naturally. That didn’t happen by accident. It was because Elena had planned and managed it all so thoughtfully. We truly cannot imagine how this would have come together without her. She brought our vision to life with care and intention, and she made the experience enjoyable from beginning to end. There is nothing she cannot do, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her by their side. Elena, thank you for everything. You are one of a kind, and we are forever grateful.

If I could do it all over again, I would just choose her from the start
Elena was our month-of coordinator for our June 2025 wedding. If I could do it all over again, I would just choose her from the start; she's THAT WONDERFUL. I use the word wonderful because she's the most amazing combination of organized, wise, kind, empathetic, and simply a good person. Every question had an answer. Every worry was eased. Every anxiety calmed. A few of the details: she worked with our vendors to have a timeline prepared, made sure flowers were delivered to our baker for the cake, items were picked up and then packed up for another vendor, all of my ideas were brought to life beautifully, and even protected my flower crown at all costs :) A couple of moments stand out; she was amazing during our ceremony run-through, without her we would have made some missteps! The day of the wedding she was prepared for every step of the process and even had a large safety pin on hand when I needed it. But what I will never forget, as the ceremony started, I closed my eyes to take some deep breaths and prepare. When it was time, she gently touched my arm and asked if I was ready. I opened them to her gracious, reassuring smile and knew I could walk that aisle perfectly. For a bride there is no better feeling.

Booking Adoration Weddings & Events was one of the best (if not THE best) decisions I made for my wedding! The moment Elena came on board, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. From planning, to rehearsal, to wedding day—she was a dream to work with at every step. She came to every meeting prepared, organized and ready to help get things done! She's professional, detail-oriented and extremely knowledgable about the industry. Her spreadsheets and timelines were amazing resources that saved me so much time and energy. She answered every question and met every request with ease. Not only is she a total boss (which is definitely what you want in a wedding coordinator), she is incredibly kind, caring and invested in her clients. Elena genuinely cared about my wedding and worked so hard to make it the day of my dreams. Spoiler alert: it was!
If you've read this far, I'd love to treat you to a couple of my favorite Elena moments.
During our final walkthrough at the venue, I was asked a question about a vendor that I didn't know the answer to. Elena, however, had already talked with the vendor earlier that day and had the answer ready to go! And at this point she had only been officially working with us for about 24 hours. She earned my trust right then and there!
During our wedding ceremony and reception, Elena kept the event on schedule, made sure everything looked beautiful AND attended to my every need. From grabbing me a water to doing my bustle to safety pinning my bustle after it suffered an injury on the dance floor, she was always there for me. At one point, she even got me a band-aid. Absolute lifesaver!
In short, Elena is the best! I can't say enough amazing things about my time with her. I'll be recommending her to everyone I know, forever!

Elena was such a joy with work with! She was very organized, personable, prompt in answering my texts and emails, well-experienced, and communicated well with all of our vendors. She helped us think through little details for photography, ceremony, and the reception layout. She also made it possible for us to go back to our first date spot to exchange gifts, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day! Her team did a great job setting up and tearing down the reception hall based on the details I gave them. We hired her as our month-of wedding coordinator and it was super affordable. We would hire Elena again in a heartbeat!

From the moment she stepped in, I felt such a sense of peace knowing everything was in good hands. She was organized, calm, and professional, but also so warm, kind, and genuinely excited for our big day.
She made sure every little detail was handled, timelines, vendor communication, last-minute changes, so I could focus on being present and enjoying each moment. I honestly don’t know how the day would have flowed without her and her crew. Everything went so smoothly, and I got to fully soak in all the joy without any stress.
She was truly a gift during this season, and I will forever be grateful for the role Elena played in making our wedding day feel magical and seamless. Absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I cannot stop telling people about how wonderful Elena did. Our wedding would not have went as smoothly as it did without her guidance and coordination. Elena was amazingly perfect as our month of coordinator. She was a HUGE part of making our wedding day (and rehearsal!!) flow so perfectly and we are so thankful. We were so impressed when she showed up to our venue meeting with everything we could think of planned out. She made both our ceremony and reception spaces look great! We were also so glad that she was so happy to work with our dog, Luna. It was very important to us that Luna was involved with our day. If you're looking for a wedding planner you have found THE one!

Simply. Amazing! Our experience with Adoration Weddings & Events was truly an exceptional experience! From our first meeting with Elena to the post-event clean up, every part of our experience with Adoration was organized, easy, and enjoyable (an important element that Elena made sure we didn't forget)! For our event, we did something a bit more unique where we threw a wedding celebration (reception) 7 months after actually getting married, which meant we needed Adoration's help with all of the organizing and logistics involved with throwing a party for 300+ of our closest family and friends! Elena not only found us the best venue for this large of an event, but also helped us pick out 4 delicious food trucks and even went with us to numerous wedding band showcases! Throughout the planning process, Elena kept us on track with vendors, payments, and all the other logistics. We would recommend working with Adoration & Elena 10 out of 10 times!
